FIRST, WHAT'S A DRONE SHOW?
Using cutting edge software and hardware, it is possible to launch and control a huge fleet of drones equipped with bright, multi-colored lights. These drones can form any design you can think of, hundreds of feet in the air. Flags, Liberty Statues, logos, animals, names, messages, imagination is the limit! These shows are great on their own, synchronized to a musical score, or even in combination with a traditional fireworks display.
This technology has made great strides since 2017 and, in 2018, it was even used at the Winter Olympics in South Korea. Due to the complexity of the shows, their appearance has been limited and expensive to deliver but recent advancements and FAA regulation changes have improved safety, reliability, and mainstream acceptance. That being said, there are a limited number of companies in the world delivering these shows. At Longhorn Lights Shows, our goal is to bring this amazing experience to everyone.
